Hi, I'm Kitty and I'm here for you.

I support individuals, families and education professionals to build resilience, psychological flexibility and lasting wellbeing to help them flourish in complex and changing environments.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching psychology, neurodiversity, education and family wellbeing.

Why this work matters

Having worked within educational environments and, more recently, alongside families of neurodivergent children, I have seen first-hand how often young people, parents and teachers seek support only once challenges have become overwhelming. These experiences strengthened my belief that more preventative, psychologically-informed support is needed long before people reach crisis point.

Coaching offers a powerful space for this proactive work. My approach draws on coaching psychology and evidence-based wellbeing practices to help clients deepen self-understanding, anticipate challenges and develop the skills needed to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.

A neurodiversity-affirming approach

My work with families, teachers and individuals often focuses on helping people make sense of their experiences, recognise individual strengths and needs, and build environments where different ways of thinking, learning and feeling are understood and supported. This work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming perspective that values difference and focuses on enabling people to flourish in ways that are authentic and sustainable.

A perspective shaped by both professional and lived experience

Alongside professional experience, my perspective is shaped by life beyond work. As a former teacher and a parent of three children who have experienced multiple school transitions and relocations, both locally and internationally, I understand the realities of family life, education systems and change. Every individual’s journey is different; coaching provides a space to pause, reflect and find a way forward that works for you.

It is a genuine privilege to support my clients in developing insight, resilience and meaningful change in their lives.
