Hi, I'm Kitty and I'm here for you.

As an experienced psychological coach, I specialise in using Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) to support families through transitions such as school moves, relocations, and other significant life changes.

Having witnessed, first hand, the flow of children and parents seeking support from school counsellors and other therapy services in the wake of big life changes, I feel passionately that more needs to be done to prevent the likelihood of people reaching crisis point. The coaching space offers just that: opportunities to anticipate challenges and harness the skills and mindset to avert distress.

I am a parent to three children who have experienced multiple school moves and relocations (local and international) so I understand well the challenges and joys that these transitions bring to the whole family. I see that each person gets on a different rollercoaster ride – some faster, some slower, some causing worry and fear while others bring joy and excitement.

My unique blend of hands-on experience and academic knowledge, rooted in an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, enables me to deliver expert support to people experiencing transitions at all ages and stages of life.

It is such a privilege to work alongside you and your child as you adapt to the changes in your lives.
